The Holy Grail is a model that sits a little above the Hypto Krypto when it comes to the ability to perform tight critical moves in the pocket. It is a surfboard that your average surfer can ride and catch a lot of waves on, but experienced surfers can also push this board into some very high performance waves and manoeuvres.

The Holy Grail outline has been designed to bring extra performance with a better fit in the tighter parts of the wave. This is achieved by narrowing the nose width and extending the length of the rail line ahead of your front foot, giving you a longer or greater connection for carving but added curve to ensure it will fit in the tighter curves of the wave. There is also more surface area to the tail area of the board to increase planing speed in smaller flatter waves. The key feature of the tail plan shape is the side cut (inverted outline) which introduces an aggressive curve to the rail line of the board affecting your surfing when on rail and late in your turns. This contrasts the flatter rocker profile which is designed to give a very fast and continuous speed profile to the board.
