Prices

Prices for all products on this website are in New Zealand Dollars & include GST of 15%. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or by direct credit to our Bank account. "Backdoor Online" will appear on your statement.

Credit Card Purchases

We may need to confirm & make additional checks on your credit card which might delay your order. We reserve the right not to send the goods until we are 100% confident that the purchaser is the legitimate cardholder.

I.D. may be required upon delivery of the Goods.

Shipping

We only ship within New Zealand and do not accept Overseas orders.

If for any reason we cannot fill your order we will contact you within 2 working days. If we find that we are unable to deliver your purchase for whatever reason you will be given a full refund.

Please note: Availability of product can change at short notice. While product levels are kept up to date, it is worked on an item being available at one of our outlets up to 24 hrs earlier. If we cannot fill your order due to an item being out of stock, we will notify you and refund your money promptly.

Faulty Product

Faulty product will be replaced, refunded or repaired. Product returned must be within the manufacturers warranty terms & conditions. Freight charges on returns are not refundable and freight will not be charged when sending any replacement product.

Freight & Packaging Charges

- Free Shipping on All Orders* applies to Nth Island & Sth island deliveries. (Excludes Surfboards)

- Surfboards Nth Island $39.00, Sth Island $49.00 however Rural Deliveries will incur extra freight charges which will be advised prior to delivery

Bulky Items have the option of FREE delivery to any of our stores. This may take up to 7 -10 working days but it is FREE!!

* Rural deliveries on larger items such as Surfboards will attract a delivery surcharge which will be confirmed prior to delivery.
